Rental, Setup and Delivery Information
Deposit and Cancellation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date and rental equipment. The remaining balance must be paid by the day equipment is delivered.
Equipment can be cancelled no less than 2 days before the event, and any money paid minus the 50% deposit, will be refunded.
Delivery starts at a minimum $50 charge, and goes up depending on zip code.
All rented equipment must be delivered by Something Borrowed, we do not allow pickup/drop off at this time.
Tent Setup & Breakdown: Tent setup fees are included in the rental price. Something Borrowed is required to setup your tent.
Chair/Table Setup & Breakdown: $0.50 per chair. --without this add on customer is responsible for having all chairs and tables stacked back up as they were dropped off to them before pickup time. Failure to do so will result in being charged for setup after your event.
Clients must return equipment back clean and in the condition it was delivered to them. All equipment must be wiped down and free of food/spills.
Chairs and Tables must be broken down and stacked up as they were dropped off. Unless Chair & Table setup was asked for by the client.
Client listed on the invoice is responsible and accountable for lost/damaged equipment. We understand accidents happen and some wear and tear is normal but damage due to negligence will result in customer paying to replace the equipment. If you know equipment would be unsafe to leave out overnight please let us know and we will try to make arrangements to drop off/pickup the same day as your event.
